The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this 15th of July, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was led by HOA President Jones, with members present of homeowners in attendance.
Following call to order, the record from the previous meeting were reviewed and accepted with a few amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a concise financial update outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised issues regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed community garden construction and streetlight maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's questions, providing clarifications about the initiatives.
Following the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, on the same day next month.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the value of life for all residents while resolving current concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are standards related to yard maintenance, quiet hours, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments meticulously and provide their comments by the deadline.
- A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to examine the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of eligible candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by click here September 20th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please reach out to the HOA management company. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
